Cheque in the Mail
We accept payment by cheque mailed to our Head Office.
Many cheques carry the legal name and not the trading name so please include your business name and the invoice number being paid.
Our Head Office address is on every invoice.
We accept Direct Deposit payments from customers. You can make a Direct Deposit (also know as “Money Transfer”, “Pay Anyone” etc.) from your Bank Account to our Bank Account and we will post the funds to your account.
Our bank details are on every invoice.
It is extremely important that you enter business name in the Business Name field and the invoice number in the Message/Reference field so that we know where the money came from.
We don’t need a remittance advice if the transaction includes the relevant information. Unfortunately many automated systems lack relevant details and this makes it very hard to match a payment to an invoice.
We use PayMyInvoice as a convenient way to accept payments by credit card.
Using your credit card is a great way to streamline your cash flow, take advantage of any interest free days your credit card offers and collect reward points that are available from your credit card loyalty program.
PayMyInvoices charges a small fee for this service. IEQ Indoor Plants only receives the amount on your invoice.
To pay using a credit card simply click on the PayMyInvoice logo and follow the instructions.

We use the PayMyInvoice System to make your payment which charges a small fee for this service.

The PayMyInvoice System emails a receipt to the payer.
